No problem, we will educate each of our guests on everything you need to know before hopping on your bike so that you will feel as secure and comfortable as on your own bike!

In case you feel unable to continue our planned trail due to exhaustion or fatigue, our team will come to pick you up and safely take you (and your bike) back to your accommodation or any other preferred location. In case of an injury, our cycling guide will immediately take care of you on the go (band-aid, gauze, disinfection...), or in worse cases, if rest is advised, our team will pick you up from your location. In case of severe injuries, our guide will call the rescue team and arrange all the necessities so you can safely wait for your transport or medical care.

There is no maximum for the trip, in case more people book a trip than optimal for our guests to still have a great experience, we will just make more trip at the same time & date with another one of our guides.

How do I pay for the trip? You will pay at the end of your booking process, and you can use your credit card, Paypal,..... Our website has an SSL certificate and is safe & secure for your data.....

We will meet in the sports park of Velika Zaka, at the marked meeting point. If you're a larger group, staying at the same hotel or apartment, we can arrange your transport on your location. However we do need to go through the short orientation / testing e-bike ride that takes place at our test polygon before your first tour, just so that you can be sure of your abilities of safe cycling with an e-bike.

20% of your trip fare. You pay the rest of the trip price at the location in cash or by credit card.

An e-bike tour can only be done with an e-bike and a regular tour can be done with a regular bike.

No, we don't need that, however we need to agree upon this at the beginning of our tour so that each participant know and agrees with this. Sometimes we will need to change our trails slightly due to unexpected weather or traffic.
